Please review our refund and cancellation policy before purchasing our legal services.

2.1 Overview

At Just Solutions, we make every effort to guide and assist our clients through their legal name change, newspaper publication, and Gazette notifications. Since our services involve direct fee deposits to government portals and advertisements booking with media houses, cancellations and refunds are subject to strict stages of work completion as detailed in this policy.

2.2 Refund Eligibility Matrix

Refunds are calculated based on the stage of service execution at the time a formal cancellation request is received:

2.3 Non-Refundable Components

Certain disbursements and service charges cannot be recovered once spent. These components include:

⚠️ Newspaper Charges

Advertising slots booked with national or regional dailies are non-refundable.

⚠️ Notarization Fees

Purchases of non-judicial stamp papers and notary advocate signatures are non-refundable.

⚠️ Document Procurement

Any expenses incurred in procuring certificates or identity copies are non-refundable.

⚠️ Consultation Fees

Charges for diagnostic document auditing and legal consultation are non-refundable.

2.4 Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, clients must follow our structured workflow:

Provide your transaction receipt ID, registered mobile number, and specific cancellation reason.

Processing Timeline

Our accounts team will audit the file status and verify eligibility within 5–7 working days.

Refund Settlement

Approved refund amounts will be credited to your original payment source within 7–10 working days.

2.5 Refund Processing

Refund settlements are processed back to the bank account, card, or UPI ID used during the initial transaction. We do not provide cash settlements or transfer refunds to unverified third-party accounts for security reasons.

2.6 Service Failure by Firm

In the highly unlikely event that Just Solutions fails to submit your enqueued application to government authorities or book your newspaper advertisements due to operational negligence or technical failure, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the service fees paid to us.

2.7 Rejection by Government Authority

If your application is rejected by the Gazette Department due to government policy changes, or discrepancies in your historical documents that were not disclosed to our team during diagnostic audits, we will guide you on how to refile. However, no refunds can be issued as government fee deposits and administrative labor will have already been spent.
