Just Solutions provides consultancy and filing assistance for legal name changes in India. Our support includes affidavit preparation assistance, newspaper publication coordination, and Official Gazette file packaging. We act as filing consultants to compile your dossiers and submit them to the government authorities; however, we do not issue legal decrees directly and do not hold government authorization to modify registry entries independently.
To hire our documentation firm, you must be a citizen of India, at least 18 years of age, and competent to enter into binding legal agreements under Indian law. For minor children under 18 years of age, the name change application must be submitted by their parent or legal guardian with proper consent credentials.
Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete details regarding their old name, proposed new name, reasons for name change, and supporting address/identity proofs. Just Solutions will not be held liable for administrative delays, government rejections, or legal penalties arising from forged, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the client.

Once drafts are finalized, newspaper announcements scheduled, or government submissions initiated, the fees paid become non-refundable.
Just Solutions operates purely in a consulting and filing facilitation capacity. Under no circumstances shall Just Solutions, its consultants, or directors be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from administrative rejections by the Department of Publication (New Delhi), Passport authorities, banking KYC departments, or educational boards.
All content, branding, website graphics, layouts, logo designs, customizer software, and text assets displayed on this platform are the intellectual property of Just Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and copyright laws of India.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms or your usage of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
